The Small Miracles Child Development Center offers  quality, multi-cultural, pre-school educational services to children between the ages of six weeks and five years.  The center: Serves up to 30 children in a licensed facitily at Court Street UMC Gives enrollment priority to parents pursuring education or job training goals Offers a sliding "ability to pay" tuition scale Accepts payment subsidies through "The District." Provides lunch and snacks through federally funded Child  Adult Care Nutrition Program.
